Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unworn and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Shoes must be tried on indoors to avoid scuffing

How to Return

Email us at support@aconpeng-shoes.com with your order number and reason for return
We’ll send you a return authorization and return instructions within 24 hours
Package your items securely with all original packaging
Ship the package to the return address provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
